That is why we focus exclusively on adults, so that they can get away from the stresses of everyday modern life and experience true tranquillity. Here you can really be ‘off-line’.

In our beautifully restored azienda we offer our guests a stay in one of the two 2-person guest rooms with private shower, toilet, terrace and private outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and gas stove. These two spacious rooms are made in the former cowshed displaying a nostalgic atmosphere of the farm life of the olden days.

‘Il bel sogno’ lies between the Adriatic coast (10 km) and the magnificent Monte Sibillini National Park in the Apennines (40 km) and offers stunning views over the rolling hills of the Valdaso. In the area you will find many authentic towns and villages where you can enjoy the Italian culture and good food and drink. Opportunities for walking, cycling/mountain biking, golf, fishing and horseback riding can be found in the vicinity.

All this offers plenty of possibilities to go out and to explore the beautiful Italian country side. Our whole site is a non-smoking area.
