The term “seaside villa” has never been more apt than at Villa Capone in the Sicilian coastal town of Balestrate. From the villa’s terrace, a small staircase leads directly to the sandy beach. It is virtually impossible to be any closer to the sea!

Villa Capone is one of four identical three-bedroom villas renovated in 2018 on the Gulf of Castellammare. A seating area has been created in front of the villa entrance, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in the evening. The villa has a large private terrace with sun loungers, a spacious corner sofa and a dining table. You have a beautiful view of the azure blue sea here!

De van airconditioning voorziene woonkamer heeft een open keuken met vaatwasser. The television is equipped with a complete SKY package with many channels. You can also use the free Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom has a spacious shower and a toilet.

There is a communal swimming pool near the villas and the beach. This can be used from April to October.
