The term “Villa on the beach” has never been more appropriate than with Villa Capone in the Sicilian coastal town of Balestrate. From the terrace of the villa you walk directly onto the sandy beach. So, having an accommodation closer to the sea is almost impossible!

Villa Capone is one of four identical and three-bedroom villas renovated in 2018 and situated on the Golfo di Castellammare. A seating area has been created at the entrance to the villa, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in the evening. The villa has a large private terrace with sun loungers, a spacious corner sofa and a dining table. From here you’ll have a beautiful view of the azure blue sea!

The air-conditioned living room has an open kitchen with dishwasher. The TV is equipped with a complete SKY package with many channels. You can also use the free Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom has a large shower and a toilet.

There is a communal swimming pool close to the villas and the beach. This can be used from April to October.
