Villa Marsi is a beautiful estate surrounded by the fascinating landscape of Le Marche “the undiscovered gem on the Adriatic Sea”

The ancient building has been completely renovated under the supervision of an architectural firm from Urbino. In the main building you will find on the ground floor three rooms with bathroom, the common room “restaurant” where the breakfast buffet is in the morning.

On the upper floor, five spacious rooms [three on the left and two on the right-hand side of the corridor] are each with a mezzanine on which extra sleeping accommodation. You will find your own private bathroom in the hallway. Next to the main building there is an annex with three B&B rooms all with bathroom.

The pool of Villa Marsi is beautifully situated. Via a gravel path through the forest you finally reach a panoramic spot with the swimming pool. Around the pool there is a terrace with beach beds, umbrellas and a pool bar with refreshing drinks.

The big advantage of your holiday at Villa Marsi is “that you can sit down in the evening” you do not have to go out. Every day a two-course dinner is cooked with local produce. “Chef ” Sándor has a cookery training and worked in many restaurants and with famous names such as “Cas Spijkers”, “Paul Fagel” etc .. Also Christa comes from the gastronomy world.
