For more than 10 years, we, Susanne Uhl and Pieter Vening, have been renting our fully restored 13 apartments and a large pool in the olive grove.

4 of which are spacious 2 persons apartments whilst all others are for 2-4 or more persons. We offer our guests with or without children an oasis of tranquility in the middle of nature all with breathtaking views. The borgo is situated at about 6 minutes from a small town Arcevia with supermarkets, bars with terraces, a doctor and a dentist surgery. The nearest restaurant within walking distance.

Then the beautiful sandy beaches of Senigallia are situated within relaxing drive of 35 minutes. Historical towns like Fabriano and Corinaldo, Urbino are all worth visiting. such as and our guests can make nice walks starting directly from the borgo to the wooded hills. The nature park Gola della Rossa and Frasassi offer nature lovers not only one of the most beautiful caves, but there is also a climbing & adventure park for young and adults.

Apart from this our guests can participate in various joint activities Our guests can expect detailed information when making visits to their chosen areas or cities. We make sure that your holiday stay in our Marche region will be even more than you bargained for. Many returning guests agree that there is so much to do and see.
