Villa Benedetti is situated at a unique tri-border point: in the province of Pisa, bordering Altopascio (Lucca) and Galleno (Florence). From here, you can easily explore the heart of Tuscany — from medieval towns to rolling vineyards and lively markets.

The villa was fully renovated in 2025 and combines authentic materials with modern sustainability. Inside, you will find chestnut beams, terracotta from Impruneta and Sassuolo ceramics, complemented by Murano glass chandeliers and furniture made from solid chestnut, oak and cherry wood. Every room exudes character and quality, featuring:

• luxury bathrooms with king-size showers and a whirlpool bath featuring a waterfall and chromotherapy

• a spacious living room with a solid wood table seating 14 people
• a fully equipped kitchen with all the latest appliances
• a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink

The villa is fully environmentally sustainable (energy rating A4) thanks to solar panels, batteries and a heat pump.

Private swimming pool with a hot tub and sun terrace

The garden features a beautiful saltwater swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with a relaxation area and a whirlpool — perfect for a refreshing dip or a cocktail in the water. The spacious sun terrace is finished with Sassuolo ceramic tiles and equipped with sun loungers, parasols, chairs and an outdoor shower. Bath towels are provided, so all you need to do is relax.
