Benvenuti at Il Posto Perfetto, offering B&B and apartment accommodation in the breathtaking Italian region of Le Marche.

Since June 2019, this beautifully restored historic building dating from 1790 has been welcoming international guests to two charming B&B rooms and two authentically furnished apartments. Il Posto Perfetto means ‘the perfect place’. How wonderful it would be if it were ‘the perfect spot’ for you too. Surely it can’t be true that everything is Perfetto? … let yourself be surprised.

Throughout spring, summer and autumn, the Dutch host Peter does his utmost to pamper all guests with delicious breakfasts, cosy dinners, film nights and wine and olive oil tastings. From the ‘paradisiacal garden’, you can enjoy fantastic views over the rolling hills. There are several cosy spots where you can relax.

You can take a refreshing dip every day in the spacious 6-by-12-metre swimming pool. In summer, the chirping of crickets provides the perfect background music, ensuring that this idyllic setting for a relaxing holiday perfectly matches your vision of an Italian holiday.

The surroundings:

The beautiful countryside of Le Marche is home to many picturesque villages and charming towns. The village of Santa Maria Nuova is just a mile and a half away. Seven kilometres away lies Jesi, a town with a stunning historic centre featuring large squares and plenty of shops, restaurants and ice-cream parlours.

As an added bonus, just a half-hour’s drive away, you can visit the Riviera del Conero on the Adriatic coast, with its many impressive hidden beaches and coves and delicious seafood restaurants.

Il Posto Perfetto is located at Via Guaina 3 in Santa Maria Nuova, about twenty minutes from Ancona Airport. It is approximately a two-hour drive from Bologna. You can check in or out on any day of the week. The minimum stay for the B&B rooms is three nights and for the apartments five nights.
