Villa Bussola is set amidst the green, rolling hills, a few km from the sea, with three national parks in the immediate vicinity-Monti Sibillini, Monti della Laga, and the Gran Sasso. Within walking distance you will find the cosy medieval village of Monsampolo del Tronto with its pine park and outdoor bar, neighborhood super, butcher’s shop and apotheeek.

The many breathtaking medieval towns of Le Marche, such as Ascoli Piceno, are all worth a visit.

“Bussola” is the Italian word for “compass”. It is not only the surname of Vanessa, but it also symbolizes the beautiful free view, in all directions, that we have from the hill behind Villa Bussola!

Agriturismo Villa Bussola is an old, fully restored “Casa Padronale” with three floors. Divided between the ground and first floor are three B & B rooms, two apartments and a large roof terrace. On the top floor we live ourselves.

Villa Bussola rents two apartments: “La Stalla” & “La Residenza” and two B & B rooms.
