For several years they have been searching for the perfect spot in Umbria when this real estate crossed their path, they instantly fell in love with it, and with it’s beautiful location! The fact that it is situated in the rolling Umbrian countryside enchanted them completely. Fratticiola Selvatica is a small picturesque village not far from famous cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and many others. All of this makes Il Sogno Italiano the perfect base to discover magnificent Umbria! In the nearby village you will find the local supermarket and bakery for your groceries and daily needs, and of course a bar. Il Sogno Italiano consists of 3 holiday apartments, equipped with all the necessary appliances. The apartments were decorated in a timeless style, allowing them to enchant everyone. Each apartment has its own terrace from where you can enjoy in all tranquility the magnificent view over the rolling hills and the beautiful 6x12m swimming pool.
